Aasim Wajid Jawad is currently the Head of Strategy at Bank Alfalah Limited. He has over 20 years of experience both locally and internationally, and is a Chartered Accountant from England & Wales.
He completed his Bachelors in Economics (Honours) from The London School of Economics & Political Science.
Prior to joining Bank Alfalah Limited, Mr. Jawad was working with UBL as Financial Controller & Head of Investor Relations within the Finance Division. As Head of Investor Relations at UBL, he was responsible for liaising with International and local investors, Asset Managers and Analysts.
Before UBL, Mr. Jawad worked mostly in London for nearly a decade in organizations like Ernst & Young LLP and Deloitte LLP where he worked in various diverse roles within Audit & Assurance and Corporate Finance & Advisory.
